The role
We currently have an opportunity for a person to join our team as a Corporate Governance Partner, working to deliver quality secretariat services to a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. Working in teams to ensure continuity of service, our Corporate Governance Partners provide end to end Company Secretary Services from minute taking to statutory lodgements and everything in between.
Hours
You will be required to work outside of ordinary working hours to fit with Board Meeting cycles. There are currently part time and full-time hours available.

What we are looking for
- Willingness to work as part of a team, essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, a given.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, of course.
- Tertiary qualifications in law, business or other related area? preferred but not essential.
- Formal governance training, highly valued.
- Adaptability to our delivery model, most important.
