Grampians Health in Ballarat is seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program (IRP). The 30-bed unit provides multidisciplinary care across the Grampians region, with a roster across morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts seven days a week. You will support patients recovering from stroke or orthopedic surgery, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care and discharge planning.
