Justify ya cafe is a busy cafe located in Tweed Mall, we are looking for an experienced hospitality skilled to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident barista and cafe all-rounder who takes pride producing consistency. Great coffee ,enjoys working in a fast paced environment, and has either management experience or the leadership skills to step into a management role.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has has excellent barista skills and can produce high-quality coffee consistency.
- Has experience in a busy cafe environment.
- Delivers exceptional customer service.
- Is organised, reliable and able to multitask under pressure.
- Leads by example with a positive, professional attitude.
- Has management or supervisory experience, or is ready to take the next step in their caree.
- Is passionate about hospitality and enjoys being part of a strong team.

- Monday to Friday 7 am till 4:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday 7 am till 3:30 pm
Pay: $26.44 – $41.86 per hour
