- Previous Retail Management experience in woman's fashion essential
- Ability to mentor, manage and develop high performing staff
- High-level customer service skills and passion for a consultative environment
- A natural flair for personal and store presentation standards
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team to reach their potential
