About The Role Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide strategic educational leadership by developing and implementing a shared vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes, embeds socially just practices, and prepares the department for future needs.

Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by setting high expectations for student and staff performance while promoting lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.

Build strong partnerships and community engagement by collaborating effectively with students, parents, government agencies,



and community organisations to support student success.

Ensure effective governance and compliance by understanding and applying relevant legislation, policies, and departmental requirements that impact students, staff, and school operations.

Lead the effective management of departmental resources by overseeing human, financial, curriculum, and physical resources to achieve strategic goals and improve educational outcomes. Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
