We require previous orthodontic experience for this role. If you are an experienced OHT or Hygienist with a background in orthodontics, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Hours:

- Hours: Hours across Monday to Thursday 7:30 am – 5:45 pm. Enjoy great work–life balance!

As an Oral Health Therapist, you'll play an important role in helping deliver outstanding orthodontic care. Working closely with our orthodontist and clinical team, you'll help guide patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring every visit is a positive experience.

Your responsibilities may include

- Providing outstanding clinical care and patient education.
- Monitoring orthodontic treatment and Invisalign progress.
- Performing orthodontic procedures under the direction of the orthodontist.
- Taking digital scans, photographs and radiographs.




- Supporting patients through every stage of their smile journey.
- Working closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is a qualified Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist with current AHPRA registration.
- Holds a current licence to operate dental X-ray equipment.
- Has previous clinical experience (orthodontic experience is highly regarded but not essential).
- Has a genuine interest in orthodontics and Invisalign.
- Has excellent communication skills and builds rapport easily with patients of all ages.
- Loves working with children and teenagers, as they make up a large part of our patient base.
- Has a warm, friendly chairside manner that helps patients feel comfortable and confident.
- Is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a busy environment.
- Thrives as part of a large, supportive team.
- Brings a positive attitude, a sense of humour and enjoys contributing to a great workplace culture.
