Law Graduate / Newly Admitted Lawyer The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Law Graduate or newly admitted lawyer, to join our expanding Criminal Law team in our Wollongong office on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop your legal career with a well-established and growing practice. You will work alongside experienced criminal lawyers, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of criminal law matters while receiving ongoing mentoring and professional development.

Successful applicant will have

- a law degree and either be completing Practical Legal Training or be recently admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales
- a desire to work in the criminal law area
- a desire to undertake advocacy work before the Courts
- highly organised and can prioritise tasks well
- competency in drafting skills
- ability to communicate effectively and in plain English
- a current NSW Drivers Licence
