Lindt is seeking a Customer Loyalty Specialist to lead the MyLindt Rewards CRM and loyalty campaigns across Retail Stores and the eShop, collaborating with eShop, Marketing, Digital, Consumer Service and Retail teams to turn insights into engaging experiences.
You’ll need 3–5 years in marketing, loyalty and customer experience, hands-on CRM platform experience, robust analytics and ability to manage data, journeys and reporting.
