We are preparing for the very exciting season at the Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park and are looking for guest-focused individuals with various levels of food and beverage experience.

About The Role

- Positioned in either Josephs Restaurant and Bar or across our multiple function areas.
- Deliver exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets
- Be an ambassador for the hotel

About You

- Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded
- You must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
- A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment will be of great interest.
- Valid RSA certificate
- A desire for service excellence
- A basic understanding of wines and spirits
- A great communicator




- Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, rapid paced environment
- Initiative and be a team player
- Good personal presentation
- Self-motivation, can do attitude
