The Role

You'll take ownership of a diverse mix of commercial and property matters, including:

- Commercial and retail leasing
- Sale and purchase of business transactions
- Residential, commercial, and off-the-plan property transactions
- Joint venture and development agreements
- Subdivisions, easements, positive covenants, and option agreements
- PPSR registrations and caveats
- Wills and probate matters
- Managing files from initial instruction through to completion

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience in commercial and property law




- Can confidently manage matters with a high level of autonomy
- Enjoys building lasting client relationships
- Has strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills
- Has experience with PEXA and LEAP (advantageous but not essential)
