CEA is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter / Parts Salesperson to join our growing team in Dandenong South. Whether you're an experienced Parts Interpreter or someone with a strong background in automotive, machinery, truck, agricultural or industrial parts sales, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national equipment supplier and build a long-term career.
About The Role As a Parts Interpreter / Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately identifying, sourcing and supplying parts to both internal and external customers. You will work closely with our Service and Sales teams,
assisting customers via phone, email and over the counter, while helping drive parts sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Interpret customer parts requirements and provide accurate parts solutions
Process customer orders, quotes and enquiries
Source parts from local and international suppliers
Build strong relationships with customers and identify sales opportunities
Manage customer backorders and provide regular updates
Assist with inventory control and stock management
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
Support Service Technicians with technical parts enquiries
Work closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer requirements are met
Maintain a secure and organised parts warehouse and counter area About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor or Parts Salesperson
Strong customer service and communication skills A proactive and positive attitude
Good computer and administration skills
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
