Qualifications & Entry Requirements
- Education: Must have completed a certified nail technician training course from a recognized regional school, covering anatomy and physiology of the skin and nails.
- Technical Skills: Fully qualified in manicures/pedicures with verified practical hands‑on experience.
- Operational Drive: Adaptability to handle a demanding,
high-volume cruise schedule (up to 70 hours per week during peak cruise itineraries) while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Meticulous eye for detail, accurate and timely painting skills, excellent listening capabilities, and highly cooperative team spirit.
Compensation & Japanese National Benefits
- Monthly Earnings: $800 – $4,000+ USD (uncapped commission structure based on services performed and retail products sold, plus tips, with a guaranteed minimum of $800/month).
- Training Covered: London Academy training fees, international flights, and medical screening costs are 100% paid.
- Onboard Living: Free cabin accommodation and all meals provided; same for training phase.
- Contracts: 1st contract 9 months (international). 2nd+ contracts: option for 5‑month contracts on Japanese vessels or 9 months on international vessels.
- Bonus & Visa: $1,000 USD end‑of‑contract bonus (prorated) and C1/D visa cost reimbursement upon boarding.
