Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and key stakeholders to define and deliver high-value initiatives. You'll balance strategic thinking with delivery execution, ensuring customer needs remain at the heart of every decision. Day to day

Own and prioritise the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring initiatives deliver maximum customer and business value Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and Salesforce-focused enhancements Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories, partnering closely with engineers, architects, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions Lead agile delivery activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritisation, testing, defect management, and release coordination Champion the customer experience by leveraging data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvement and adoption You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

3+ years' experience managing digital agile product development and delivery Experience working as a Product Owner within agile software development environments Strong technical acumen and ability to engage effectively with developers, architects, and technical stakeholders What you will enjoy: ??‍♀️Culture:
