About the role:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat .
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to help customers make the most of our platform.
- Keep up to date with insurance industry knowledge to provide the best possible recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
