Key responsibilities include

- Manage and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants throughout the property lifecycle - Process and follow up maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions - Prepare CMA’s and documentation for lease renewals - Issue lease agreements and manage tenancy administration - Monitor and manage arrears - Conduct exit reports and finalise tenancy requirements - Upload and maintain rental listings across online platforms - Coordinate tenant sign-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding experience - Provide exceptional communication and customer service to all stakeholders You will ideally have:
- Minimum 1 year’s Property Management experience - Current QLD Certificate of Registration - Current driver’s licence - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail - A reliable, honest,
