What can you expect as a Capital Markets Academy participant?
The Capital Markets Academy is a 24-month rotational program across different capital markets sectors, to develop future capital markets professionals. Designed to invest in employees’ growth from day one, the program consists of three, eight-month rotations across various sectors including Office Investments, Retail, Industrial & Logistics and Debt Advisory. Participants will receive development opportunities through structured, hands‑on exposure to live transactions and client relationships.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for graduates who embody our core values: Be curious about the world around you, be humble in your approach, win together as part of a collaborative team, simplify complex challenges,
and be decisive when it matters.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate degree (completed/final year) - property, finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for professional analysis and presentation.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- You need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
Application process
- Complete the application form and questionnaire, and attach your CV to apply
- Phone screenings will commence in August
- Selected candidates will attend a networking event, and will be assessed in October
- You will need to be available to start as a permanent, full-time employee in February 2027.
