About the Opportunity

Chin Chin Sydney is looking for a Bar Supervisor with an interest in events to ensure smooth operations during our function services. As a hands‑on Bar Supervisor, you'll lead by example, delivering top‑tier service while coaching your team to success. You'll guide and support the bar crew to consistently meet their goals with confidence and skill.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

- Demonstrated experience as a Bar Supervisor in a vibrant, high-volume venue
- Interest in functions and events
- Strong knowledge in cocktails,



beer and spirits
- Experience with ordering and stocktake advantageous
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Adaptable and able to perform in high‑pressured service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must possess a valid RSA certificate
