Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Personal Care and Services Concierge for our Knoxfield Care Home in Victoria. This permanent full time role supports residents and their families, delivering welcoming services and coordinating Additional Services/HELF programs to ensure exceptional on-site care. You will work with clinical, sales, admissions, and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions, manage enquiries, schedule tours, and act as a primary liaison for ongoing resident support.
