Reservations Manager – Pellegrino 2000, Neptune's Grotto, Clam Bar & Grandfather’s Restaurant
Location: Darlinghurst Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday (full time/38 hours)
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Reservations Manager to join our team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests - managing reservations, handling special requests, and helping create seamless dining experiences across our award-winning venues.
What You’ll Do
- Manage guest bookings across multiple venues using OpenTable
- Communicate with guests via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Handle VIP reservations and special occasions with care
- Keep accurate reservation and scheduling records
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hospitality experience (front-of-house or reservations preferred)
- Familiarity with OpenTable or SevenRooms is a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Confident with managing multiple venues and guest requests
- A proactive, detail-focused attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Full Australian working rights
