St John of God Ballarat Hospital is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join the Outpatient Rehabilitation Unit and Inpatient areas on a permanent part time basis (19 hours/week, Mon–Fri).
You will assess patients, develop personalised exercise plans and deliver evidence-based programs across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, while contributing to quality improvement and documentation.
