We're seeking a passionate and experienced Child and Family Wellbeing Worker to join our dedicated team in the Katherine & Big Rivers Region. This is your opportunity to work with vulnerable children, young people and families; delivering strength-based case management and outreach support that truly changes lives.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll:

- Deliver tailored support and activities aligned with program guidelines




- Develop and implement participant-centered Family Action Plans
- Build strong referral pathways to engage families who may not access traditional services
- Provide education and training to promote mental health awareness
- Occasionally support other TeamHEALTH programs across Darwin and remote communities (travel required)

About You:

You're a compassionate and skilled qualified with:

- A Diploma or Certificate in a relevant health or welfare discipline
- Experience working with children, young people and families, including First Nations and CALD communities
- A strong understanding of strength-based approaches and relevant interventions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering education to young people

Requirements:

- National Police Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NT Driver's Licence
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
