Your Day-to-Day

You'll take ownership of a significant client portfolio while leading a team of accounting professionals and working closely with Partners on complex client matters and strategic initiatives. The role is focused on becoming a trusted commercial advisor, helping clients navigate growth, tax planning and key business decisions.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and strengthen relationships across a portfolio of established SME, private and high-net-worth clients

Provide strategic tax,



accounting and commercial advisory support

Lead complex engagements and ensure exceptional client outcomes

Mentor and develop Managers, Senior Accountants and future leaders

Drive client retention, growth and relationship expansion opportunities

Identify opportunities to deliver additional value through advisory solutions

Support the ongoing development of the Business Services division

Contribute to firm strategy, operational improvements and long-term growth initiatives

Client Profile

What We’re Looking For

10+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice

Proven experience at Director, Associate Director or Senior Manager level

Strong technical capability across Business Services, Tax and Advisory

Experience managing significant client portfolios and complex engagements

Demonstrated leadership experience across teams and client relationships

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and add value

Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging with business owners and senior stakeholders
