To support this, we've created a new Senior Talent Acquisition Partnerrole for an experienced recruiter who loves finding excellent people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making things better.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage yourown portfolio of vacancies (frontline, leadership and hard-to-fill roles) whilehelping shape how we attract, engage and hire talent across the organisation. You'll act as atrusted partner to leaders to solve their workforce challenges, build talentpipelines, reduce reliance on agency/labour hire staff, improve recruitmentpractices and lead initiatives that strengthen recruitment outcomes andcandidate experience including our employer brand.

About you

- Provensuccess recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, 100+ hires a year is a walk in the park for you
- Strongsourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill,specialist or leadership roles




- Theability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions witha diverse stakeholder group
- A trackrecord of delivering projects or improvements to the candidate experience,recruitment lifecycle and employer brand
- Balance delivering day to day recruitment outcomes while we worktogether to improve the experience for everyone
- Newlycreated role with genuine opportunity to shape how recruitment isdelivered
