Visy is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Lead at our Warwick Farm facility in Current South Wales. You will oversee Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors, tradespeople and the Maintenance Planner, partnering with Operations to maximise plant reliability and safety while minimising downtime.
You will bring hands-on leadership, strong maintenance expertise, and the ability to drive root cause analysis and improvements across a large packaging and manufacturing operation.
