365 Care is seeking Personal Care Workers to support our NDS and aged care clients living in their own homes around Blacktown and surrounds. You will provide a range of supports to help clients continue to live in their own homes and in the life they choose in their local community.
You will travel up to 30 minutes from the Blacktown area, provide personal care, light cleaning, shopping assistance, meal prep, transport to appointments, and companionship.
