Ipswich City Council is seeking a Leading Hand to join its Roads and Drainage Maintenance teams. You will guide work crews, coordinate resources and contribute to the timely delivery of maintenance and operational works across roads, drainage, footpaths and related infrastructure.
You will lead onsite teams, promote a safety-first culture, run toolbox talks, allocate daily tasks, monitor progress and respond to issues to support the delivery of maintenance programs.
