About The Role

Homewell are on a tremendous growth journey and are looking to build up our team of Domestic Assistants to better support our clients. Our Domestic Assistants will provide essential cleaning services & community access to our aged clients living in the Western Suburbs (Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, St Albans & surrounding areas), maintaining and enhancing their homes and standard of living, and reducing health and safety risks.

Your Responsibilities Include

- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
- Making beds and changing bed linen
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Hanging, folding and ironing washing
- Dusting
- Community Access

This role is not restricted to home care professionals and those with domestic assistance experience already.

About You

We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with robust communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:

- Experience in aged care (preferred)
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (desirable)
- Comfortable interacting with elderly clients
- Police Clearance
- Must have CPR and First Aid certifications
- Must have Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver License
