The Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick is seeking a Midwifery and Nursing Unit Manager Level 3 to lead the Antenatal Ward, Pregnancy Day Stay Unit, Close Observation Unit and Virtual Maternity Ward. The role is 38 hours per week, temporary full time until September 2027, with a salary of AUD 154,876.43 per annum plus super.

You will recruit and supervise the nursing/midwifery team, drive safety and quality, and coordinate multidisciplinary care within a tertiary women’s health setting.
