The role
- Advise on financial regulation across global leasing and asset finance
- Support international transactions, licensing and regulatory change
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Treasury and senior stakeholders
- Help shape regulatory strategy for creative AI and infrastructure financing
About you
- Qualified solicitor with financial regulatory, banking, leasing or asset finance experience
- Background in private practice and/or in-house
- Strong commercial approach with international experience
