This Role Is for Hairdressers Wanting a Change

If you love the hair industry but are ready to step away from the chair, this role lets you use your hairdressing knowledge in a current way.

You’ll be speaking with other hairdressers and salon owners, helping them grow their businesses with Superior Hair. No cold calling — only warm enquiries from salons already interested.

The Role

This is a high-energy, revenue-focused role suited to someone who enjoys targets and results.

You will:

- Convert inbound salon enquiries into sales
- Run consultative calls using your industry knowledge
- Manage and grow salon and wholesale accounts
- Follow up and build long-term relationships




- Upsell and drive repeat business

Who This Role Suits

- Qualified or ex-hairdresser (must-have)

- Confident speaking with salons and stylists

- Organised and proactive
- Sales experience helpful but not required
