We are seeking a highly capable, creative and proactive Graphic Designer / Bike Enthusiast / Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic, multi-faceted business representing some of the world's leading cycling and outdoor brands.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and design who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy creating engaging visual content, coordinating marketing initiatives, and providing executive support, while helping keep priorities aligned and the business running smoothly. A genuine interest in cycling or the bicycle industry would be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials, digital assets, social media content and promotional campaigns using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (or similar).
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and projects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns and presentations.
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO.
- Act as a central point of coordination across the business.
- Manage schedules, communications and key stakeholder interactions.
- Coordinate meetings, reporting and follow-up actions.
About You
- Strong graphic design skills with experience using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience is highly regarded).
- Marketing experience with an understanding of digital and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for cycling or the bicycle industry is highly regarded.
