Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Family Law Assistant/Paralegal who will play a vital role in supporting a team of very experienced family lawyers. We offer a friendly and close knit team with a down to earth culture. This role involves:

- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence

- Monthly billing

- Managing family law files

- Liaising with clients, courts and external stakeholders

- Assisting with diary and calendar management, including scheduling appointments and court dates

- Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practice

- Filing documents on the CommCourts Portal

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role, who is able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, who is hard working, skilled, has a can do attitude and enjoys helping people through a difficult time.
