Coniston Bakery is currently looking and recruiting an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Coniston NSW. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking ·
- Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
- Various baking techniques and methods
- Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
- Stock management and ordering
- Cleaning and equipment upkeep
Skills and Abilities:
- Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field
- Ability to work in a team workplace
