**The opportunity**
We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Coniston home. Day to day, you’ll play a vital role in helping our older people live with dignity and comfort. From supporting their mobility, personal care, and mealtimes to simply being a friendly, familiar face, you’ll ensure each person feels respected and cared for in line with their personalised care plan.

You’ll also help them embrace the joy in everyday life, joining in community activities, encouraging social connection, and creating moments that foster a true sense of belonging.

- Hourly rate: $32.06 - $35.63 + Superannuation + penalty rates for nights and weekends, and NFP salary packaging for part time employees (pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you!)

**The requirements**
- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
- An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
- 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- Solid interpersonal and communication skill
