As a Registered Nurse within the Specialist Mental Health Services for Older People team based in Coniston, you will provide meaningful, person-centred care to older adults experiencing mental health challenges across community and residential aged care settings.

- Deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Coordinate care planning that supports recovery, stability and quality of life.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and contribute to education and system partnerships.
- Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, diversional therapists, peer workers and social workers.

Essential qualifications and requirements include:

- Applicability to vaccination requirements for a Category A role.




- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
