About the role

Sheridans Accountants and Financial Planners is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Officer / Receptionist professional to join our team in our Glenelg office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Provide support in answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
Preparation of client files ready for client meetings
Liaising with the ATO to support positive client outcomes
Onboarding new clients & proving ethical clearances
Assist with process improvement & innovation
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and qualified demeanour




Robust organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented team environment
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Experience:
Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
Administration: 2 years (preferred)
Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
Australia (required)
