**About the role**

Sheridans Accountants and Financial Planners is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Officer / Receptionist professional to join our team in our Glenelg office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of our office.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide support in answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
- Preparation of client files ready for client meetings
- Liaising with the ATO to support positive client outcomes
- Onboarding new clients & proving ethical clearances
- Assist with process improvement & innovation
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and qualified demeanour




- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
