Regional Skills Training Pty Ltd (RST) is looking for a Trainee Administration Officer to work full time (38 hours a week) at our Glenelg Office to assist with the administration and business support.

**About the Opportunity**

**Tasks will include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with providing administrative support and customer service on behalf of, and with RST teams.
- Assisting with maintaining the student management system including filing of documents, data entry and retrieval
- Assisting with recording student and stakeholder correspondence in the student management system
- Printing and scanning documents
- Preparing, copying and binding learning and assessment materials
- Assisting with timetabling of workshops, booking of venues and corresponding with RST staff and stakeholders




- Provide and ensure catering needs are met (eg tea, coffee milk etc)
- Have a friendly personality
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have a great attitude towards current challenges & professional development
- Show a high attention to detail and strong have organisational skills

Successful applicants will be required to provide a recent police check and a working with children's check.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $42,760.00 - $60,000.00 per year
