Senior Project Manager – Finance Transformation

Location: Dublin (Hybrid Working)

We are partnering with a household-name that are in the early stage of a significant digital modernisation. The business wants modernise and optimise its operations across multiple functions including Finance, Supply Chain and Technology. There’s an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in delivering critical finance transformation initiatives.

This is a genuine opportunity to contribute to a large-scale change programme that will shape how the organisation operates for years to come. You'll work alongside senior stakeholders, technology teams and strategic partners to drive the successful delivery of complex transformation projects within the Finance function.

The Role

You will help lead the delivery of finance transformation workstreams, ensuring projects are executed effectively from planning through to implementation. You will operate at the intersection of Finance and Technology, managing stakeholders across the business while translating complex requirements into clear and actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading finance transformation projects within a large-scale change programme.
- Managing project plans, governance, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.




- Working closely with Finance stakeholders to define and deliver business requirements.
- Producing clear functional documentation within complex organisational environments.
- Collaborating with Technology teams and third-party delivery partners to ensure successful execution.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and alignment across business and technical teams.
- Supporting the implementation of new finance processes, reporting structures and operational improvements.

Desired Skills / Experience:

- Proven experience delivering large-scale Finance Transformation programmes.
- Solid knowledge of finance reporting, consolidation and related finance processes.
- Experience working with financial data, hierarchies and reporting classifications.
- The ability to produce high-quality functional documentation and business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience engaging effectively with Finance teams, Technology functions and external vendors.
- A structured project delivery approach with strong governance and programme management capabilities.
