Job Description:
Position Overview:
CTS People is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Relocation Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role requires a solid interest in immigration, housing, and the rental market, as well as excellent communication skills.

This position offers the chance to work from home and at our Applecross office, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work. A valid driver's license is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing tailored housing solutions, including rental properties, home shares, Facebook room finds, and other strategies.
Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of destination services.




Liaising with and onboarding new suppliers to support our clients' needs.
Remaining up to date on trends and developments in the immigration, housing, and rental market.

Qualifications and Experience:
A background in property management or the travel industry is highly desirable.
Expert knowledge of Perth, its attractions, and amenities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup workplace.
Flexibility to work from home, in our Applecross office, and adapt to occasional evening and weekend work.
Valid driver's license is essential.
