Duty Manager – Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily venue operations during service
Lead and support staff on shift
Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and venue policies
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
Maintain service standards and smooth operations

About You




Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience for Duty Manager preferred)
Robust communication and customer service skills
Professional, well-presented, and reliable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
