**Duty Manager - Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily venue operations during service
- Lead and support staff on shift
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and venue policies
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain service standards and smooth operations

**About You**




- Previous hospitality experience (supervisory experience for Duty Manager preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-presented, and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
