About the Role Ezidi Support Services is seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to people living with disabilities. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and community participation while supporting clients to achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Support clients in community participation, social activities, and appointments

Provide emotional support and companionship Follow individual support plans and promote client independence Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports

Support clients with medication prompts and mobility assistance where required Ensure a safe, respectful,



and inclusive environment for all participants Work collaboratively with families, carers, and healthcare professionals

Skills and Qualifications Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (preferred) Previous experience in disability or community support work is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mandatory Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check Blue Card / Working with Children Check

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
