✔ Strong commercial, contract and risk management capability
✔ Confidence to engage with stakeholders and influence outcomes
✔ A collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement
✔ Engineering qualifications with RPEQ status (or ability to obtain)

Local government or utilities experience is welcomed — but not essential.

? Why join Toowoomba Regional Council?

We offer more than just a competitive package:

✔ Up to 12.65% superannuation
✔ 17.5% leave loading
✔ Professional development opportunities
✔ Salary packaging options
✔ Health and wellbeing programs
✔ Fitness Passport access
✔ A genuinely supportive and purpose-driven environment

Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that communities rely on every single day.
