About Us

Polymetals (ASX: POL) acquired the Endeavor Mine in 2023 and formally took control in August 2024. Endeavor is a major underground silver/lead/zinc mine, located 40km north-west of Cobar in Central-West NSW. Since then, Polymetals has delivered an initial 10-year mine plan, secured two US $20million (A$30million) loan facilities, have restarted mining operations and have begun 24/7 concentrate production.

It’s an exciting time for Endeavor and the Cobar region, with significant employment opportunities now on the market for the Endeavor Mine restart: one of Australia’s major base metals mines.

The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader - Processing to join our processing operations at Endeavor Mine. This is a hands-on role for an experienced operator with a strong understanding of base metals processing, who can also provide supervisory support when required.

Reporting to the Processing Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting a team of Process Technicians during daily operations.
- Providing coverage for the Shift Supervisor during leave or roster breaks.
- Operating and monitoring crushing, milling, flotation, and dewatering equipment.
- Performing routine inspections, sampling, and plant performance optimisation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Assisting with training and mentoring of new processing team members.

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Demonstrated experience in base metals processing environments – flotation experience highly regarded.
- Solid knowledge of processing circuits and equipment, including troubleshooting and optimisation.
- Ideally previous step-up leadership experience in a processing or operational team.
- A proactive approach to safety, communication, and team collaboration.
- Mobile equipment competencies (e.g. loader, forklift) are desirable.
