Hi, I’m Bec, Co-founder of Progress Pathways. Our team of 15 therapists across Brisbane and the Gold Coast is driven by a simple goal: helping kids thrive while making sure our clinicians do too. - Competitive salary – $90,000–$120,000+ pa (incl. super), based on experience and caseload preferences, plus a laptop and travel allowance for any offsite visits.

Who We Are Looking For

You’re a Speech Pathologist with 3+ years in the paediatric space who is ready to bring your clinical "A-game" to a playful, professional environment.

You’re confident in the paediatric private practice space and navigating NDIS requirements.
- The Mindset: You’re a lifelong learner. You’re interested in learning more about video interaction intervention, AAC, eating and drinking, or literacy.
