We are committed to delivering high‑quality services, well‑maintained places and sustainable outcomes that support a healthy, connected and thriving community. Our people are customer focused, forward thinking and take pride in making a positive difference every day.
The Role
As the Facilities Maintenance Systems Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the upkeep and functionality of Council’s extensive portfolio of buildings and built assets. Based at our Riversdale depot and working across multiple sites, this full‑time role combines operational coordination with system leadership, ensuring reactive maintenance requests are actioned efficiently and with minimal disruption to Council services and the community.

The role acts as a systems lead for several operational platforms including CRM CX, Conquest, CCTV and access control systems, supporting service integration, contractor management and effective customer response. You will also undertake inspections, audits and reporting, contribute to continuous improvement of systems and procedures,
and support a strong safety and customer service culture.
About You
You bring experience in facilities or building maintenance, ideally within a local government or complex asset environment, along with strong system aptitude and attention to detail. With well‑developed communication skills, you build positive working relationships and take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. A current driver’s licence and a commitment to secure work practices are essential.
