We are currently seeking a **Membership Services Representative**to join our thriving team.

**This is a casual role with the need to pick up shifts across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.**

We’re looking for reliable and flexible team members who:

- Have a valid driver’s license and a reliable transport
- Are available to be on call when shifts are open
- Can travel between the following clubs:

- ** Carlton, Flemington, Northcote, Pascoe Vale, Tarneit, Williams Landing, Williamstown**
- Are able to work Monday - Thursday 12pm-6:30pm & Friday & Saturday 11am-2pm (shifts are on call week by week basis for covers)
- Can cover a minimum 2-3 shifts per week

Reporting to the Regional Performance Manager, the **Membership Services Representative** is responsible for driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members. The roles' accountability includes driving member growth and sales, care and retention, and various other customer service and administrative duties as required.



This role requires someone who is able to provide high-end premium service at all times and must be available to cover the following Clubs: Carlton, Flemington, Northcote, Pascoe Vale, Tarneit, Williams Landing and Williamstown.
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role
- Interest and passion for health and fitness
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform in an autonomous environment
- Be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week
