Attractive salary plus superannuation. This role is full-time, ongoing position, based at our Elgar campus in Box Hill.
About you:
You're an experienced professional with a strong background in international operations and a passion for delivering high-quality education programs. You bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in global program delivery.
- Proven ability to manage international projects and transnational programs from planning through to execution.
- Strong financial and operational management skills, with a track record of delivering results efficiently.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to build partnerships across cultures and geographies.
- Leadership capability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders and contribute to organisational growth.
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- National Police Check clearance
