About the role:

We have an exciting chance to join Box Hill Institute as our Systems Administrator - Enterprise Asset Management. This is an ongoing full time opportunity based primarily at our Box Hill campus, with flexibility to work across other campuses as required. This position reports directly to the Manager - Strategic Asset Management and sits within the Infrastructure Division of the Chief Operating Officer portfolio.

In this role, you will:

- Manage and maintain the Asset Information Management Systems (AIMS) to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient operation.
- Control user access, provide training and support, and resolve system issues within agreed timeframes.
- Configure systems to meet functional requirements, streamline processes, and support automation of workflows.
- Monitor data quality for accuracy and completeness, and generate reports and dashboards to display asset performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, vendors, and IT for system enhancements and change requests.
- Support integration between AIMS and other business systems, and assist with upgrades and new feature rollouts.

About you:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in business systems analysis or application support, ideally in facilities or infrastructure-heavy industries.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g., TechOne, Maximo, SAP, Assetic).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and data visualisation tools for reporting and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Have, or be willing to obtain, Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance.
